This Adult-group Functional fitness class is a type of class that supports your everyday life. It includes movements such as cardio, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, lunging, and core. These workouts are designed to increase strength while decreasing body-fat.

Barbell Club

Our Barbell Club meets every Saturday at 8am. This class is led by USAW National Coach, Fred Dorman, and focuses on the fundamentals and technical development for the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. This class is great from beginners and seasoned lifters.
